Luvray is a voice-first AI assistant for moms of babies, toddlers and older children. Your family’s information is yours: no ads, and your data is never sold. This page explains what we keep, how it’s protected, and how to delete it.
What we keep
Your account (email, first name, and a password stored only as a secure hash, or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google). What you log (feeds, sleep, symptoms, foods), your notes and chats, your check-in scores (not your answers), photos you add, and your settings. Your recordings are transcribed and not stored.
How we use it
Only to run Luvray for you: to answer from your child’s own history, show your trends, send the reminders you turn on, and email you about your account (a welcome email and password resets). We never use your data for advertising and never sell it.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email, your first name and your child’s age range if you give them, and the date you agreed to hear from us. We use them only to email you about Luvray’s launch, never share them, and every email has an unsubscribe link. To be removed completely, reply to any of our emails.
AI services
To answer you, your message and what Luvray needs to know (your child’s age, recent log and notes) are sent to Anthropic’s Claude, and recordings go to OpenAI to be turned into text and to read answers aloud. They process it only to answer you and don’t train their models on it.
Analytics
We use Amplitude to understand which screens help and where Luvray gets stuck. Screen recordings show the app’s own buttons and pages but hide everything you type and your own content. AI analytics record only timing and cost, never what you say or what Luvray answers.
How it’s protected
Everything travels encrypted. Data is stored in a private database that needs a password and an encrypted connection, and Luvray’s AI steps run in its own secure workflows that only accept requests carrying Luvray’s secret key. Only Luvray’s team can access the database, to keep the service running and fix problems. We handle your data to GDPR standards.
Your choices
You can see everything Luvray keeps in the app. Delete single chats at any time, or ask for everything to be deleted in Settings › Privacy and security: it’s removed within 30 days, and you can cancel until then. Signing in with Google shares only your name, email and Google account ID with Luvray.
